The mission of the Faculty of Science's electromechanics workshop is to provide a quality service in the development of parts and sensors for academic research and the repair of scientific and educational instruments. The electromechanical workshop also produces and repairs parts for ULiège's administrative services.

Built on the highly specialized skills of its technicians, the workshop is in charge of the following services:

  • design, production, repair and modification of mechanical parts for use by departments and laboratories throughout the institution,
  • assistance and collaboration in the development of equipment for teaching experiments or research work...,
  • use of various materials such as steel, brass, lead, stainless steel, dural, plexiglass, PVC, nylon...
