The RSSL initiated in 1932 the publication and diffusion of a Bulletin: the Bulletin de la Société Royale des Sciences de Liège. All fields of Natural Sciences are covered, as well as more applied topics provided this is in direct connection with fundamental sciences. Since 2006, the Bulletin is exclusively published in electronic form in Open Access, on the PoPups platform. About 890 libraries in the world, mainly in universities, have activated the Bulletin in the ExLibris discovery tool they are using. Publishing in the Bulletin is free of charge. The Bulletin admits essentially two types of articles: classical papers and conference proceedings.

Papers submitted for publication in the Bulletin must be sent by e-mail to the Scientific Editor (see below). Manuscripts must comply with the instructions to authors consultable below. For any request of publication of conference proceedings, please contact the Scientific Editor who will consider your request and affect a member of the editorial committee (see below) to the supervision of the paper series. After acceptance, manuscripts are then transferred by the Scientific Editor to the Publisher (see below) who will take care of the finalization of the paper layout for publication on the PoPups platform. The publication delay is estimated to be about 3 months.
